With over eight years experience of running social channels and devising strategy for news and lifestyle publications from British GQ and Time Out to The Telegraph and BBC, I've steered through the Metaverse, Twitter Moments, Instant Articles and lassoed the likes of Instagram Reels, TikTok and Threads. I've also worked with content creators including Sophia Smith Galer on the strategy for her social media consultancy viralect, and worked brand-side with companies including QVC and Fiorelli.
I'm also a well-versed journalist with travel, health, relationships, film and theatre bylines in publications including Teen Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Refinery29. I've even got to interview the occasional celeb. Tim Minchin - what a guy.

In my spare time you'll usually find me lifting baby weights at the gym, listening to the latest investigative podcast, watching a musical (57 and counting), at a country music gig or enjoying a Peroni at the pub.
